One-day fit: aisle marking, workstation footprints, pallet locations for a ~200m² workshop. Includes design and materials.

Aisle re-line, 10-30 pallet locations, hazard zones, safety-walkway edging. Two-day install with lift-truck access coordination.

Full 5S implementation

259 individual floor markers designed, printed and installed at the Miter Industrial Volta warehouse. 59 A4 aisle-and-location markers + 200 cart-tracking markers with QR-encoded asset IDs, each marker unique. Data ingested from their existing WMS export, laid out in-house, scan-verified 259 of 259 before install.

Every marker scan-verified before install. Zero duplicate payloads, zero re-prints needed on site.

Not every job needs 259 markers. A small workshop 5S refresh might be 30 markers over a single day. The point: whatever the scale, the data-handling and QR integration comes as standard.
